It's 1925 when, at the age of twenty, Gino Pederzani leaves Verona to work as a clerk at Fraccari's "metals and precious stones" in Milan. Here he works for few years, learning the economic and material value of every precious metal.
As his interest in metals grows further he decides to increase his knowledge by moving to Giacche' s silverware shop in Via Manzoni in Milan, still working as a clerk.
Later as World war II becomes a reality, he moves to a little town called Porto Ceresio by the Lake of Lugano and he commutes from there to Milan every day.
During those years he meets Mr. Nannini, at the time director of a Jeweller's in Milan, and a very good friendship, based on trust for each other, becomes something very important for him. As a matter of fact toward the end of 1943 they decide to open the "Nannini-Pederzani Jeweller's" together.
Later in 1947, Mr. Pederzani takes over an old stamps shop in Via Montenapoleone 1 and on November 20th, 1947 he opens up his own Pederzani Jeweller's, which includes his wife and his two sons Claudio and Alberto as well.
In 1963 this Jeweller's enlarges by taking the next door "barber Giusto" shop and as of today it still has this same location and rooms.
Furthermore it is in the seventies that the Jeweller's reaches its great success.
In 1976,
Mr. Gino Pederzani definitively leaves the Jeweller's to his sons, therefore the business changes its name to: "Pederzani Brothers, important Jewels in Milan".
In 1990 Claudio' son, Alberto Jr., begins to join the business too; and later even his sister Vanessa, who got a diploma as a gemmologist at the Italian Institute of gemmology, joins the team.
